Register - HYDRA Water Polo Club

Please use this form to register as a member of Hydra Water Polo Club. Full members will be charged a monthly fee for practices. Tournament fees are charged separately. All fees will be invoiced through Sport Specific Development, a 501(c)(3) organization.

The User Name field will be used for logging in to the site. Logging in is required to register for events. Upon registration, you will be sent an email with log in information or you can use the Login link on the top menu.

First Name, Last Name, User Name, Password, Email, Birthdate and USAWP ID are required for all registrants. Full members should also fill out address and phone number information.
